(Wanted) Texas street legal 250 (hawk,magician,TBR7,etc)

Looking for a fairly new running 250 (or 229) that has a clean Texas title.

Prefer a dual sport style, but will mostly be used on road to commute (street tires) so looking at csc or ccw cafes as well.

Will consider any magician, tbr7, hawk, raven etc.

I can fix anything so I am not scared of little problems.

Would you be interested in a 2015 Hawk that's already been gone through and set up for Dual Sport riding? I have knobbies on it and the carb, digital dash, exhaust, and brakes have all been addressed. I can send you some pictures if you're interested at all.
