Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and looking for some advice.

I'd like to get my son a 110cc or 125cc sport ATV, but I can't I'm having a hard time swallowing the used market prices or even worse the dealer markups.

Is it possible to find a decent quality machine that I can order direct and do final assembly myself? I'm pretty mechanically inclined, I've rebuilt several motorcycle engines in the past.

I'm thinking like $1,500 for my budget.

I've been researching a lot, but I still haven't been able to determine the best brand/models I should be considering.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

My preference would be Taotao only because parts are easy to get.

Yea, I'm leaning toward the Apollo Pentora 125 or the Rival Trailhawk 125. I believe the Rival is made by TaoTao, but I'm not 100% on that.
