Saw some mixed reviews on here for PowerSports Max but enough good reviews that I wasn’t worried about buying from them. My Hawk 250 came in great shape with little to no scratches on anything. MSO and Bill of sale arrived shortly after. Ordered the bike on a Tuesday and it was at my door on Friday at 1 p.m.

This is helpful. I'm getting ready to order a couple bikes for my son and I. The mixed reviews were giving me pause.

PowersportsMax is X-Pro USA. Two different websites but the same business.

They are one of the good ones. They've done me right, did my son in law right and I would order from them again without a second thought.

Same as Zapkin. Ordered my Templar from them and was pleased with the service. Needed a MCO change and they had me a new one in 4 days.

Another vote for 'not a scam'. They answered a lot of my foolish questions, shipped next day even though I didn't pay for rush. Got a fully assembled Templar in 4 days over a holiday weekend. Assembly looks pretty good, bolts all tight, was tested supposedly and it did start very easily. No scratches that I see.
Didn't get my tool kit though, so I'm contacting about that (hope the customer service will be helpful again). Nothing else missing. Mso shipped right after the bike via certified mail, waiting on that still. Want to find out what year it is for sure.
Edit; R&L guy even helped by taking it up the driveway to the garage instead of curbside. I don't think curbside is the best thing to do with items of this size and cost.

When you get the Manufacturers Certificate of Origin in the mail, check that it shows "motorcycle" as vehicle type. If it shows "off road", you might not be able to plate it. It's got DOT wheels/tires and all the lighting/horn, etc. But MCO needs to show motorcycle for most states. PSM will send a revised MCO if you ask them. I am glad they've answered your questions!

I got both my Vader 150 and Lifan xpect from there.
Can't complain. Title arrived 2 days before the bike.
