This ONLY applies to the Templar X 250 (X7-CB250F model).

These diagrams were provided to me directly by Zuumav, I would have just uploaded the original excel document but that's not a file type allowed here so I had to take the time to convert it to multiple jpg's.

Here is their(Zuumav) Aliexpress store front page(https://zuumav.aliexpress.com/store/1102211659/), I was told that customer support is available through them. I think this means you can order individual parts through that store.

This is great. Thanks :)

I wonder if the muffler (03.05.0407 exhaust rear silencer/K5) has the removable tip? Older Temp X had a welded tip, but my son's X from February 2024 had a set screw retainer so you can remove the tip and replace it with a USFS approved spark arrestor.

First, thank you for passing these along, especially the extra effort of creating images. It looks like zip files are allowed on the forum, so you could right-click the spreadsheet and compress it to a zip archive. Would be much easier to find parts if we could do an actual search. ;)

(I was struggling to find the rear brake caliper which was under the Handlebar Assembly section, rather than Rear Wheel & Tire.)

I vote this post gets stickied to the top. I was looking for it the other day and couldn't find it. Either that, or join this to the end of the Templar resource thread.

Update/correction: Xpro confirmed this is an X7-CB250F when they generated me a parts quote. If Zuumav ever does send me a "correct" parts diagram, I'm eager to see what it would look like.

This ONLY applies to the Templar X 250 (X7-CB250F model).
Zuumav on Aliexpress informed me this is the wrong model number. Our Templar X 250 is apparently an X7-PR250 despite what our owner manual says. The part # for the brake caliper that I gave them from this diagram, plus that CB250 model, led them down the wrong path and they were showing me the wrong brake pedal and brake caliper. After I gave them a couple more pics they showed me the correct parts and informed me of the model.

This model factory is called X7-PR250, and the sub-pump is 002 pairs Not 06.08.0580
The part chart is not complete yet
I'll go to work tomorrow and ask the technical department if they can provide it

Unfortunately, they did recommend asking Xpro for parts, as their brake calipers are only sold in a set of 2 and also contains brake fluid already. :/

For now, these are the numbers they gave me:
03.06.0513 This is the code of the complete set of rear brake pumps
06.08.0553。 This is a pump for rear brakes
I'll send you the brake pedal code tomorrow

Our current part diagram probably has some overlap, but it should be known that these are not all the correct part numbers. I'll update with that diagram when I receive it.

The only difference between the CB250F and the PR250 is the balance shaft and how it mounts at the front due to that. Parts are interchangeable between the two engines.

The brake calipers between the X7-PR250 and the X7-CB250F are exactly the same, the part number might be different but the actual parts are the same. The brake calipers are generic parts, you can find them all over aliexpress along with pads.

Hmm, well now I'm not sure what to believe. They definitely showed a different model of both caliper and brake pedal when I gave them the X7-CB250F model. When they saw my caliper and brake pedal they suddenly had images of the correct parts.

But what I'm happy to hear is that I may be able to just find this on AliExpress somewhere, guess I'll have to do some digging for that and the rear brake pedal.

Here are the parts they showed me for an X7-CB250F:
https://i.ibb.co/TTXzMps/x7-cbf-brake-pedal.jpg (https://ibb.co/TTXzMps) https://i.ibb.co/pLm0Gzd/x7-cbf-brake-caliper.jpg (https://ibb.co/pLm0Gzd)

The circling is theirs, not sure why the foot peg is circled. [Seems there's some terminology confusion with all the "brake pump" references, so maybe they think I mean the foot peg next to the brake.]

The next set of images they sent (supposedly the X7-PR250) are actually the ones I have on my Templar X. But I guess we'll see what that next parts list looks like.

The frame is a dead giveaway that it's not even a Templar model. The pictures they sent you are to a smaller 125 pit bike.
