:?: HELP!!! CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME ASSEMBLY ADVICE ON A RKM-200E6. I ALLREADY BROKE THE SPEEDO CABLE BECAUSE OF BAD DIRECTIONS ON MOUNTING THE FRONT WHEEL. DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF THE THIN SPACER IS SUPPOSE TO GO ON THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE SPEEDO HOUSING? IT LOOKS LIKE THERE SHOULD BE ONE ON EACH SIDE, AND IT ONLY CAME WITH ONE. ALSO THE CHAIN IS RIDING ON A RUBBER BLOCK, IS THIS SUPPOSE TO BE THAT WAY? OR DO I RIP THAT CHUNK OF RUBBER OUT OF THERE? ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED THANKS

The rubber stays in place. It is suppose to be there. It is a chain guide that protects the swingarm.
I think the spacer should go on the outside, but I am not 100% on that.
Also please don't write in ALL CAPS as that is taken as shouting.

Not sure on the rubber chunk, the spacer should go on the opposite side of the speedo ..

Yes, mine is that way, but my spacer is fairly large.

Thanks that answers my rubber question. I thought the chain would chew the thing up. On the spacer, I tried it on the outside of the speedo housing and when I pushed the bike the housing turned with the wheel and ripped the cable out of the housing. I tried the spacer{1/8"thick} on the inside of the housing and I think it is working right, except now I have a space about 1/8" between the fork and wheel hub. There is a large brass colored spacer about 3/4" on the other side of the wheel,I wonder if I am missing a thin spacer?

I am not sure if that spacer is even suppose to be in there. I don't have one on the speedo hub side of mine. The speedo hub is the spacer. On the other side is one about an inch long or so.
The rubber part will get chewed up eventually, but that is what is suppose to happen. I just flipped mine over after 6000 miles.
Others have replaced the rubber with a plastic cutting board.
