Storm 150dlx Zongshen 212 swap clutch issues.

Hi I am a new member. I am currently working on my xpro storm 150 dlx that I have swapped with a zongshen 212cc. This is a new engine I have just purchased. My clutch when fully pushed in will not disengage gear. I have adjusted the cable and I have also removed the cable and moved it all the way. It still it is stuck in gear I also find that the clutch arm will not spring back to its original position. In the meantime I have put on an external spring I have not seen one used on any 190 or 212 pictures I have seen so something must be broken. Thanks for your help.

Your clutch isn't adjusted correctly and the cable is too long if that is happening.
