The biggest issue that I've found with my paladin 300 is when you give it a bunch of throttle off the low end in first and second gear, It heseitates to go. This is caused by the ECU mapping being too lean. Hopefully soon, X-pro will come out with an ecu flash to fix the issue but for now I have a temporary solution. Because the efi has no manual adjustability the only solution is to choke up the exhaust. I installed a baffle in my exhaust and it took the lean bog right out. More back pressure in the exhaust= slower air flow= higher fuel to air ratio.
This seems to be the best performance upgrade you can do for the bike as of right now. I will probably post a video soon with more details.

How do you know it's running lean? Until you stick a wideband on it you're just guessing. From the factory the exhaust is rather restricted with a catalytic element and a baffle. Back pressure in your exhaust is not a good thing.

You can tell that the bike is running lean from the way it performs and from the smell of the exhaut gasses. Excessive backpressure can be a bad thing but the right baffle will not cause excessive back pressure. Backpressure is in every exhaust system and is an essential part to a vehicles performance.
After installing a baffle on my bike I noticed less hesitation in the throttle and no more bogging.
The problem isn't the exhaust though, It is the fact that it does not input enough fuel for the amount of airflow. An issue with the tuning.
@Mumen Rider, I like your videos on youtube and find them very informative.

My paladin has the stutter as well. It's pretty intermittent, but it happens as you mention either when trying to accelerate quickly, or if it's slightly bogged down going up a hill in a lower gear and I give it a bit more gas. It would be cool if there was an updated tune at some point

The ECU is inherently tunable. They can be flashed with a new set of fixed points and variables (enrichment curve) like any EFI module. We should eventually discover what device to use for reprogramming, and there will be tunes available. Unfortunately, I think the EFI models are mostly aimed at EU and USA for emissions reasons, so the carbed versions of these bikes don't need this. Time will tell.
I find plenty of willing torque with quick revs when I need it, but I can tell there are lean regions in the midrange. I have not gone WOT at all, so no idea what that is like at the moment. I am under 1000 feet all the time this year, but will be heading for higher altitudes next year.

What kind of Gasoline you all using? How many miles of Break-in so far? Can say the KPX250 gained a Very Noticeable ~20% more power And especially just off idle torque with 93 octane and 500 miles on the ODO. The High Compression (11:1?) water cooled engine in the Paladin probably can tell the good stuff in the tank and advance timing. OR could be pure break in friction loss. KPX is lower compression for sure and may not care what kind of gas it has.
