Templar 250 X Spark Arrestor

Do these bikes come with Spark Arrestors? I can't find any info from the manufacturer. I want to take my bike on some state trails but they told me I need to ensure I have a Spark Arrestor or they won't allow me onto the state trails.

No. There is mention somewhere in the Templar sticky thread of a Forestry Service approved one that fits though. A Fisch one I think it is.
