Lifan xpect mystery spacer?

I was taking the rear wheel of my LIFAN Xpect and I didn’t realize there were some extra steps involved since it’s a drum brake.. well once I finally figured it out I noticed a random silver spacer laying on the ground. No idea where it was before I took the wheel off. Anyone know where it goes?

on right hand side between swing arm and brake housing.
that is what it appears my Xpect

It's just a spacer, and it's supposed to be there. It keeps the brake housing from rubbing against the swing arm.
