Apollo 125cc 4-wheeler swing arm bushing kit

Hey all, Apollo Commander 125cc kids 4-wheeler needs rear swing arm, only a year old and low hours! Anyway having trouble sourcing the part/parts, anyone ever had to or know a good place. Looks like just a bushing kit, not the whole swing arm, I've attached is a small video of what it looks like. Thanks!
