Talked to a couple on a Roketa 250 scooter today (on Beaver Lake in northwest Arkansas). They have had it a week and have 350 miles on it. I mentioned my Chinese bike recorded in km's and they said they believed theirs must record in miles as they had checked it when they rode it to her dads house.
The speedometer showed miles and km's. So far they were every pleased with it. They said they purchased it online. I was blocking the road into the campground and had to leave before I could ask them from what dealer.
It was a nice looking scooter.
