ya if you look at the pic it says "ORV" off road vehicle

yea regi. for ORV... don't know why he couldn't get it for the street use... unless it was checked for dirt before he bought it and the dealer got the tittle for him.

Its worth way more then that for parts.

I believe this is a "Shineray manufactured" bike. It's definitely worth the money for parts alone.
