I have a 2007 Lifan LF200GY-5 that is brand new, >40 miles. I had it professionally assembled and prepped according to the guide here on the forums. All of a sudden I am having a problem with the headlight. When I turn the handle bars to the right the headlight shuts off, then when I turn them to the left, it turns back on.

Anyone ever have a similar problem and/or have any ideas where I should start looking, I've only peeked at it and dont see any loose wires.

Thanks!

I think the same. You might need to reset a connector in the wire ball in the light. When you find the loose one, you might want to find some slack for that wire so that you can turn the handlebar with out pulling out that wire. :D

Check the headlight connector. I had to replace the ground wire on mine when it did the same thing.

Just a bad connection.
