My vbike will be here tomorrow, wondering about registration, can I get plates before its inspected, i mean how the heck can someone bring the bike down there without plates (or a truck).
Tim at vbike said everything I need will be attached to the bike but I'm a little worried, the dmv site here sucks when it comes to information. Anyone reg'd a bike in Ohio here?
