Did another long work commute from Apple Valley to Poway, CA. Round trip of over 280 miles. I averaged 55 MPH and got over 80MPG on this one. No issues to report!

Did it come with the 15/40 setup? If not, what was the stock setup and what kind of gas mileage did it get?

The stock setup was 15/56 and a 95 main jet. Stock it got about 55mpg. It now has a 105 main with the needle at the lowest setting.
