Posting to gallery

Could somebody help me figure out how to post photos to my album in the gallery. I know how to put pictures into the forum. I am thinking the gallery is a little different though.

Once you log into your gallery there is a column on the left. From there
you can add items, albums, etc... should be pretty easy to figure out from
there. Hope this helps...
