well im getting a bad vibration

the rear tire is wobbling
checked the bolts and iballed the rim to make sure it was spinning true but it still vibrates :roll:

My rear tire had a "wallup" or "bump" in it.People said when I hit a
pot hole I must have broke a "belt" inside the tire.At slow speeds
I couldent tell.....but at 35+mph aaaaaaaahhhhhhh!
