For GY6 problems one of the best resources I've found is www.BuggyDepot.com. They sell belts of course, and therfore aren't going to be unbiased. But to their credit they spend a lot of time helping out people troubleshooting all kinds of engine problems.

Buggy Depot specializes in buggies - not ATV's - but the 150cc GY6 engine is nearly the same. When I first got my ATV and had problems, their forums archive was incredibly helpful in solving my problems.
