How does the FMF compare to your stock exhaust ?
most likely you will need to make some mods but you should be able to make it work.
I did different exhausts on our bikes (lf220gy-5's) and one was a aftermarket pipe and the other was a chinese exhaust for a dirtbike and both work fine but both needed mods to make them fit right but nothing to difficult.
The most difficult part is getting it to slip on the header pipe and seal properly and as far a the mount you could just use a wrap around strap.
Ohh by-the-way nice looking quad.

Unless you got/get a steal on E-bay ,my guess is that pipe costs more than the quad, will add neglible power, and would amount to sticking a flag in a manure pile...
That being said ,I like to give everything a little extra, so IF you try the pipe you will need a jet kit (likely a bigger carb as factory 110 carbs are dinky), and Uni filter(or K&N) at the very least to notice anything more than sound and BLING.

That's a nice looking machine!
Personally, I'd just smash the guts out of the original muffler, and re-jet (Mandatory)
and you get to smash things that way! :D

On my bike(dualsport) I noticed a very real world improvemant on the low end power as it would bogg down in the deep loose sand on the trails here in stock form but it really woke up and was very easy to ride after adding a pipe and K&N airfilter and rejetting to retune it.
On my wifes bike the chinese exhaust was easily fitted up and the header pipe that came with the new exhaust was just bigger than the stock pipe so I just had to cut and tweak it a little then I cut some slits in it and clamped it down and it has been fine.
Where the exhaust clamps to the header pipe you just need the header pipe to go inside the exhaust pipe an 1-1/2" or so and fit snug and you can slip some sheet metal in there or exhaust wrap to fill a small gap if needed.
Once you change the exhaust you may have to rejet it to get it to run right which can be a little time consuming but in the end should be well worth it.
Tell me/US can you see straight thru the stock exhaust when you have it off the quad.
If you can then I'd say there isnt anything to gain by changing it but if it is of the typical type of steel exhaust with various chambers/baffles then changing it should help a bit.
Here is a pic of my wifes open exhaust.
notice you can see right thru it and it has a spark arrestor but not USFS approved  but it does flow much better than stock.
