Here's a pic of the 2nd new China ATV I've bought:

It was sold to me as a 110cc ATV, but the engine cylinder case clearly states 124cc. It's a 3-spd semi-auto with reverse, goes pretty good for a large machine with such a small motor.
Is this normal? What is the deal? Do they just use the same cylinders but a shorter stroke?
