I likey! No rear rack or skid plate tho. Does that mean they are looking to get into the aftermarket business?

Hello Ambassador.
I like the new look as well. I actually have a few other photos, I will send them off as soon as I get it figured out how to do it.
The photos I have are from the factory, with 250cc .

Watch for them

Hello Westcoaster,
The best way I have found to upload photos here is to put the pic in photobucket then copy the html code then paste it into here.. Hope this helps...

i like the bike, but without the rack, its kinda not really a dual sport to me.. haha.

so does anyone know the price on this?

I agree with you. It looks more just like a regular old dirtbike.

I have one question. How much faster will a 250cc run than a 200cc. Just curious.

well comparing apples to oranges... the 200cc makes about 15 hp

the 250cc vtwin from the chinese cruisers make about the same hp but 3 ft-lbs more torque.. so i would assume that the 250cc will make between 2-3 more hp over the 200cc..

which may net you 5+ mph tops...

i really don't think there will be much gain from this new motor, unless they improve the head and make it flow better or add more valves to increase air flow that way.... i'm actually planning on having a machine shop look at a spare lifan 200cc motor and see what they recommend with it. i would love to squeeze another 5-7 hp out of this beast with some head work, bigger valves, bigger carb, mill the head (if there is enough clearance) and work the bore and stroke a bit.. We will see what happens.

I would imagine that there are even aftermarket xr200 engine upgrades that would be interchangeable.
