I need a new gear and im sure of what it is called but Its the one on the left of the clutch. any help on where to get this gear would be great??Or what it is called?Is it the clutch gear?

Driven primary gear. About $90 for a genuine Honda one. Should be half that for a Chinese one.

It might assist other posters who wish to help out, by knowing where in the world you are, what is the make, model, capacity, etc of the bike. Even better the engine model number, stamped on the crankcase. I'm only guessing it's a Honda horizontal engine clone by the shape of the clutch... :roll:

I think you mean 154FMI rather than 154FHI. The engine is made by Zongshen and it's one of those with the semi-automatic clutch. Forget the make of the bike, they're just assemblers of other people's bits. Look for a source of Zongshen spares. Specifically in dealers and websites that sell and service monkeybikes or pitbikes.

So i got the part but i can not find the part to remove the clutch to replace the part any places to get that key or tool or and easy way to get the clutch off thanks??

You'll need a special spanner for that. There are lots around, the commonest is one of these. Some people use an old socket and grind it to suit. Any shop that sells spares for Honda Cubs or Monkey/pit bikes will have one of those.

Most of the primary drive gear setups are either 17/69 or 18/67, you can count the teeth on the gear behind the clutch to determine whether you have a 17/69 or 18/67 setup on your bike. You HAVE to use a replacement gear of the same teeth, otherwise, a mismatched primary gear will not work or fit properly.
