My wife can go to the Y and I can go to the woods. My fitness center is closer.

Now I don't feel so bad after barely being able to walk or lift my arms after riding the YZ around the first few times.. :)
My wife kept telling me to 'suck it up princess..' I need to get her one now> :)
i dont know about this, i ride, sometimes carry push and drag my gy110 through places it shouldnt go. ride a trials bike and i still manage to be a fat man 8O SOLUTION: i guess, as soon as im able again, ride more & harder

Phil, maybe if you strapped a second gy110 to your back while riding.
thats why im on orders now, not to ride for a few weeks, i have some nerve damage in my back :? but on the better side i may have found this week that the back pain may not have been that, so after a couple of iv's, ct scan and a trip to my dr this week maybe it will be sooner  sure is a drag getting old or maybe just high milage

I'm not skinny either, so any excuse I can use to the wife when I say I'm going riding is good.. now it'll be, 'going to exercise darling!' :)

That study is not too far from where I am.
They were looking for volunteers to ride their bikes, and ATV's everyday.
You had to be completely inexperienced, though, so they could measure the before/after benefits.

I have found that riding my ATV is much more strenuous than riding my Zongshen Sierra 200GY-2. Wrestling with the handlebars, and having fewer path choices through the obstacles equals more work! ;)

I think so too. I wrestled a Honda Rincon over fallen trees. That was work. It was fun too.
