I got the bike as expected about 11 days after i placed the order, it would have come sooner if not for snowfall in my area.(California to Maryland) About 2 hours after i placed my order, i got a phone call from a customer service rep, they wanted to double check my shipping and billing info, let me know about how long it would take, gave me a tracking number and phone number to the shipping company and double checked my color choice and etc.

It was packaged well and delivered undamaged. I inspected it thoroughly to make sure of this.

It had all the parts needed to assemble, and included a owners manual.

I had no problems assembling the bike, and have not had any problems as of yet with parts or the bike itself.

The MCO came shrinkwrapped onto the seat and was not filled out. I called them about a week later to ask what to do with it, they said mail it to us and we will fill it out and send it back. Which i did, took about 1 week overall. came back with a notarized stamp for the odometer disclosure and the company info.

Everyone that i talked to was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to insure that i was satisfied.

Overall i would give them an A for service, price and my satisfaction.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a lifan gy5.

Also, they sell their bikes on ebay and on their website. It was about 100 dollars cheaper to order it from their website as opposed to ebay "buy it now".... just helpful info for anyone ordering from them.

Ditto, got mine off E-bay though, same company saved $200 bucks... I'd do it again and sure I will for the little lady...

Us too with our vivas, we saw them on e-bay and called them and got a better deal on the bikes and the shipping and they have been helpful all along with tech support and parts.

md,

You should probably consider making an adendum to your orignal post.. Considering what has developed since your original post.

haha, indeed....

I cannot say that i'm pissed at T-motorsports.. YET.

They have done everything i've asked, but in a half assed way.

They are trying to save some pennies here and there by not ordering the legal documents for these bikes. That probably nets them a couple thousand a year in profits because of this fact.

Once this whole thing is put to a conclusion, i will ammend this post with a detailed explanation and the final outcome. Whether it be bike was registered, or legal actions were taken against them...
