Making a Roketa Legal??

I have a 2006 Roketa RSX-200E that I bought from ebay and all it came with was a bill of sale.I live in Illinois and I need to know what steps I have to take to make it street legal going from bill of sale all the way to cruising through the country.Thank you

It is second hand? The original owner did not have it licensed? I am sure someone from that state will be able to help you out, good luck. :)

Best is to go to the DMV office and ask what you need to get a tag. States vary alot. It may be difficult to get it registered with just a bill of sale and no other paperwork.
