where to get carb/parts for this

Either vacuum Klein carbs, or copies of vacuum Klein carbs.

As soon as you remove the float bowl the "O" ring shrinks. run hot water over it (from the tap) and stretch it slightly, and it will go.

A tap on the needle, while in the seat, with a small hammer (tack, or gasket hammer) will get it seating.

Diaphrams sre sort of match up what you have with what you can get. All small displacement Jap bikes use these carbs, Honda, and Yamaha, anyway. Jets from the same place.
