that is too funny,I am celebrating and having a cold labatts blue.I worked on all three today and I feel alot better now.The little one still needs some fresh gas and some more carb tweaking after minor carb surgery, just cleaned out the infected areas and irrigated all areas well and buttoned it up!Still a little boggy ,but when it goes ,whoa nelly! might be too much for the girlfriend.

On a side note I am feeling glad to be alive after my land lord got this roller stuck and asked me to ride it and steer as he pulled it out with a tractor if you look at the front roller close it is coming of the ground and its about to flip.Thats when I yelled I quit and got of.They later got it out with a bulldozer.http://i948.photobucket.com/albums/ad328/fishman10/rollermishap002.jpg (http://s948.photobucket.com/albums/ad328/fishman10/?action=view&current=rollermishap002.jpg)

Yikes! 8O I am glad you escaped in one piece, Fish! If it starts to roll, always remember to jump off the uphill side! ;)

You mean Clamato. :D It makes a fine beverage with any lager.

I covet your bike collection fishman10. Congrats on living through the roller issue. 8O

The lil suzuki is quite LOUD cause it is missing the bolt in baffle at the end of the exhaust, I wonder if it can be had a bike bandit or elsewhere since its a 99 or 2000 it might still be obtainable.

You should be able to get the Suzuki DS80 parts from a number of different vendors, Fish. ;) Here is a link to one vendor of Suzuki, OEM parts. :)

Why not fabricate? You could start with a piece of tubing that slips into the stock location and drill it full of holes. You could then wrap it in two-stroke FMF packing to muffle it a bit. If you have access to a welder, you could even attach a cap that allows the entire assembly to be removed like a stocker, which is normally held in with one screw.

I am thinking of doing that , although I am not a welder I might try and bet the stuff needed and see if a friend can weld it up,cause no way is that pc. worth $80--100 plus shipping

if you look around ebay you can find another muffler.. i just picked up a fmf powercore 2 off a 89 cr500 for 45 shipped..

if you would like i can post the name of the seller cuz he has a few other mufflers ranging from i think 80 to 120 usd...
