I have a Lifan 70cc Swallow dirtbike. I don't see a preload adjustment like on regular motorcycles. Is this shock adjustable for preload? I sure need some stiffer suspension back there with my big butt on it. :D

Both 70cc bikes I see Lifan has listed (other than the "monkey bike" clone) utilize this swingarm:

And this shock:

I am certain that if you measure that shock, eye to eye, you will be able to buy something adjustable to put in there......but remember, if your "big butt" is anything like mine, if you stiffen the suspension up too much you will break something.........there is a reason that these bikes have a maximum weight carrying rating.
