Check out Google My Maps. A new feature on google maps. I think it would be cool to have a link on a report to a custom google map.

Here is an example.

This 31-mile trail, on abandoned railroad grade, starts at Danbury Wisconsin, travels north through Minnesota, and continues back into Wisconsin. The entire length of the trail is open for ATVs and OHMs.

Zoom in and select satellite view.

I am going to try this trail when it warms up. Still feels like winter here.

Great Idea!

Today I got an early birthday present since tomorrow is Easter and "Family Day".
My wife gave me some $$$ to go buy some gear and I got a good deal on Boots, Pants and a Jersery. Fly Viper boots, Answer Pants and Jersey for $265CDN including all Taxes.

Anyways I took my youngest son ,10, threw him on the back of the Lifan and this is where we went.
April 7th, 2007 (http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&om=1&msa=0&t=h&msid=116187666314873693172.00000111cdf5142bd0146&z=13&ll=49.085447,-121.964378&spn=0.06206,0.119133)

There were a few steep rutty spots that my son had to get off and I had to really give' er to get up and then wait for him to climb his way up
What a Blast. Three hours of great fun.

Today was the first real test of the Fork oil change and seal cleaning..

had a great ride, everything went well and my leaky fork has stopped leaking and I have a stiffer front suspension. I did almost break off my License plate though and I don't know how it happened but it split around the bolts holding it to the rear fender frame.

the ride :
I took pavement up chilliwack lake rd till it crossed the river then hit the forestry roads up and over the mtn over to Cultus Lake and back again to the bridge over the river, back over the mtn again to the lake and then home. I took a few off shoots through the woods and some tight trails as well and had a real blast!
I might take it again tomorrow and I will try to remember my camera for the great scenery

Let me know if this link doesn't work...

There is no off-road riding here. All pavement. Little - No traffic for all parts cept Fort Langley... I really just made this map to figure out how, but this is a nice little road ride... There's alot of nice twisties (well not lot's I guess, it is a short ride), and one nice flat straight away (marsh-mccormick(sp?)), about 1 mile, good pavement, never any traffic, no driveways, no obstructions in vision, flat, etc... so if you want to wind it up and see how she'll go... this is a good spot. And some nice riding along side the river, and then through Fort Langley and back.
