found this one cl today, emailed the guy and am waiting on him to email me back but i hope to be able to go tomorrow and pick up for free a 1988 yamaha warrior 350.. its salvaged due to water damage, so a new motor is one of the things i know i will have to replace.. other then that from the pictures it seems to be in ruff conditon but a good project for a rebuild..

if anything i will just swap in a china bike motor or see if this one can be rebuilt, so far ive been told its missing the starter and flywheel cover.. worse case since its free i can see if anything can be swapped over to my china quad like rear hubs and wheels, shocks, or just swap my china quad motor over to this guy..

thats what im sayin dude, even if i drop say 1500 into rebuilding it thats still not bad at all. i can find warrior 350 motors all day long on ebay for 750 to 1000 bucks, then it looks like it needs a new tie rod with the front tire being turned the way it is, plastics can be repainted, then odds are some electrical parts need to be swapped out. so i can go aftermarket upgrades on those..

I have nom idea what Chinamotor would fit in there. I'd be inclined to getting a running used motor off fleabay or similar. Good project. Warriors are good machines.

That would be a good project. I think you could rebuild the engine for alot less. Parts should be on ebay. Doesn't look trashed, just old.

still waiting on a email back from them, i dont get what is taking so long with it. they want to give it away to avoid storage fee's and towing bills, so here i am with a few emails into them saying "i have a truck, just need a address of where to pick it up" and yet they have not contacted me..

well due to the sales rep guy not checking his email for 3 days (today is day 3) some one else went and picked it up yesterday. a little ticked off about it, but there are plenty of other quads out there needing some tlc from some one..

i will keep this thread up for when i get another hit on a project and once i have it in the bed of the truck, i will start a project build thread..

Glad this is on here. I also found a FREE motorcycle on the MPLS craigslist. Dud was very limited with the info he gave. His name was Mark.

This is one of the only other posts that pops up in a Google search.

This is clearly a scam and just a ploy to get hits on their site.

I kept emailing the guy and now he says because I'm a jerk he will find someone else.

I just wanted to make a post here so others don't pay for their BS membership (I didn't).

It's all a fake website. That quad is still on there.
