Today the chain on the flywing jumped off three times - the question is did these bikes come with some sort of a chain guide? Seems to be a bracket on the swing arm for the mounting of something. I bought the bike used.
Since I got it running it has been used everyday for the last few weeks.

The bike we had used a spring loaded chain tensioner. Check out the tensioner on this page, right at the top: http://www.scooterparts4less.com/dirt_bike_parts.htm
BTW this is where I bought replacements from. I bought a few.

Sorry, I take that back. That tensioner was for my son's 125 pit bike. the Baja Dirt Runner we had (much like your Flywing) didn't use a tensioner that I recall. It had a cheesy plastic chain guard, but that was it. I fabricated a chain roller when I raised the seat height, because the chain wanted to rub on the swingarm.
It sounds like your chain is stretched out.

I was thinking it might be time for a new chain too - its what came with the bike and it seem to have alot of flex side to side.
Chain size ?

I think yours is a 420, but I'd take it to a bike shop to have them match it up; the next possibility is a 428.
I use RK or DID non o-ring chains for around $20.00. Keep 'em lubed, and they last a long time. They stretch a couple of times, but that's it.
