I bought my son a 2010 coolster 125cc for christmas. I'm trying to extract a little more power from it, but i'm having a hard time finding parts that will fit. I already have on the way to me a performance cdi, and a performance coil. I've been reading on here that the uni filter is the next thing to get. I'm really looking for a better exhaust, and maybe a bigger and better carb for it. I have hunted down a bigger 22mm carb that should work. The exhaust is the main thing I am looking for, anybody know where I can get a slip on or a full exhaust for this thing? I can't seem to add pics, anybody know how? Thanks

Ok so I bought this performance cdi http://www.motopartsmax.com/index.php/main_page/product_info/products_id/11409/tID/1/cPath/117_14 and a performance coil http://www.motopartsmax.com/index.php/main_page/product_info/products_id/11406/tID/1/cPath/117_197 . The bike runs alot better, but I am getting some popping on decel. I have a performance exhaust and a 26mm mikuni carb with uni filter on its way. But until they get here how do I get rid of the popping on decel? I lowered the clip by one also.

Popping on decelleration usually means a lean condition. If the bike otherwise runs well I'd leave well enough alone, provided the plug does not read excessively lean. You may be able to increase the fuel via an idle mixture adjustment screw if your bike is so equipped.

Also, an air leak around the intake boot can cause this also. To see if that's the problem spray carb cleaner or starter fluid (be careful) arounfd the intake boot while the motor is running. If there's a change in the idle you have an air leak that needs to be addressed.
