Anybody in New Brunswick heading to the Moncton show? I'm taking that Friday afternoon off to head down with a friend.

Saga Canada will be at the Moncton Bike show! Would love to meet anyone that will be attending! Although our local dealers there will be putting on the show, I (general manager of saga) will be there and look forward to a great show, and hopefully some great discussions!

I was in to the show last night....I must say a little disappointed in the displays. Saga booth was smaller than last year and they had the 400 there....It's a big bike..whether its worth $4300.00 that is another question.

The China market was represented better than the last 3 yrs...Pitster,Dinli,TGB,CFMOTO were all represented there

CBR250R is a sweet bike and the Ninja 400R is well over priced at $7499.00 as to the 650R at $8399.00.

BMW had an impressive booth but I found that even though the big four had large booths....they didn't have alot of bikes!!..Harley was the best filled booth. Bombardier was only represented by the local dealer as well as kawasaki...

Just my thoughts...

Glad to hear you made it to the show! You should have stopped by and said hello. Im suprised to hear you say that Saga's booth was smaller than last year, as last year we had 2 10X20 spots across from each other and this year we have a 20X50 Booth which included the new 400's, as well as our Side by Side UTV's.

I think we are all anxious to see how our 400 bikes take off in the canadian market, as they are relatively new bikes. We have had great feedback and interest in the bikes with two confirmed sales at the show so far on the Enduro 400

Thanks again for the comments, and for coming out to the show!

Yes I did stop by and talked to Dan....we go way back!!...As far as the booth...it looks deceiving as it looked bigger last year but you know what you paid for!!

I stopped by as well. I was very impressed with the new 400's. They're a huge leap in quality over my 2005 Lifan.

I'd be curious to try one out and see how they compare with the Suzuki DR400. IMHO the 400cc class is under-served in the North American market. There are several options for 200cc-250cc and 650cc+ bikes but very few for what I consider the sweet spot (300-450cc) of street/trail - enough juice for the highway but light enough for the woods.

At ~$4000 CAD they're a little more than half the price of a DR400 around here.

This thread is useless without photos. There had to be some bike girls there. :D

Pitster had the XTR250 and I thought it was a meaty looking bike as well!..Overall I found the show had less booths/products than other years.

Maybe it is the sign of the times that the economic strain is rearing it's ugly head!!...

I forgot to mention Linhai had a booth as well and getting alot of looks...

I would be curious to see how many people passed through the doors.
