Since this applies to dirt bikes, atv's and buggies, I put it here.

Sucksqueezebangblow and I were trying to adjust the centrifugal clutch on his kid's kart / buggy last night, so I did some research on it. In the original dirt bike application of a semi-automatic, after you kick it down into first, if you press down on the shifter, the clutch should disengage. I didn't know that.

Thats how my buddy and I used to pull wheelies on the CT70's when we were kids... Push and hold the shifter down, rev the snot out of it and release the shifter! Lol, the good old days! Probably wasn't too good for the bikes but it was exciting for a couple of 12 year olds :)

My Kawasaki ATV has two automatic clutched. One centrifical like the usual. The other is on the shifter. It looks like a regular motorcycle clutch but when you pull up on the shift lever that motion releases it to aid shifting. I expect the little Honda was similar. I wonder> :?:
