sprocket alignment and rear hub

sprockets dont line up.

On my italika, the rear sprocket is to the left of the front, causing the sprocket to wear on the side. The sprocket has about 1/2" of "dish" to it. so could i put a non-dished rear sprocket on and be ok? because i know where i can get a 30-37t rear sprockets for the similar "street" italikas that have no "dish" and im 90% sure the holes match up.


This may be promising.


Also i was looking at the exploded diagrams of the rear hub and noticed that it has a cheap "cush drive" the pieces look like shock mounts, just an inner and outer bushing with rubber in between.

I havent seen them on the bike, there does not appear to be any way to get to them or maybe they dont exist?

is this the hub type that was prone to ripping out sprockets?

After further inspection. i cant just swap sprockets unless i remove all my chainguide plastics (a lot) because of the way things line up. the wear on the side of the front sprocket is pretty minor.

there is some pics of rear hub. is it a copy of anything you guys know?

besides the dish looks just like what is found on the lifan lf200gy-5. to remove the sprocket all you have to do is remove the big circle clip, the nuts just hold the drive pins. the way that is set up looks like it would really torque on the circle clip with the dished sprocket, so i could definetly see how it may be prone to ripping it out as it wears on the cir-clips groove. my lifan had this problem, I ended up replacing the hub.
