went to surrey yesterday with 3 things to do .....1 - stop at Sinclair motor sports and pick up new brake lever, headlight harness and and kill/start assy for her atv....$59 out the door happy

2 - stop at my grand kids and drop off a couple of b/day gifts....was a good visit

3 - stop at her grand kids place for a b/day party ....was good

then a phone call just before we are about to head home .....went to the hospital and got to visit with her son's new son.....yayyyyy a new addition to the family!!!

turned out to be a great day.

this is where you are wrong (I just stopped posting in this one for some reason) the brake lever was wrong and I had to come all the way back to surrey to get it exchanged and then it turned out that the kill/start assy was also the wrong one as well and I never bothered to return it due to poor customer feedback about your store.....i go to saga now.

you should bring your atv in and have our Certified Techs install these parts,,We Know what we sell and we know our machines.

Sir,I inspected the brake lever,my conclusion was,it was the right part,I would have gladly exchanged it for you,but you refused the exchange and insisted on a refund,our company policy is no refunds,just exchanges,it is clearly posted in the shop.The start/stop switch was the right one for the model you gave me,I asked you multiple times what model ATV you had just to make sure you would potentially not end up with a wrong part,it was not my companies fault for providing you the wrong switch.

I would not have a bitch if i had of been sold the right parts in the first place now would I?
an incorrect brake lever is just that an incorrect brake lever.
a 4 pin harness is a 4 pin harness and you can't use a 5 pin (wich is what you sold me) and there is no way in hell that a tech can install a right hand brake lever on the left side no mater who they are and how good they are.

it was not the right part and yes you said exchange but we will have to order it in and it will take a few weeks (i don't have that kind of time to wait) so you gave me back my money and I purchased another "left" one from somewhere else and we were on the trails again. the start/stop switch ...how can I answer what "model" it is if i don't know who made it? I had brought in the one off our atv and you looked at it and sold me one that "you " said would work....I take it home and what do you know ...plug it in and nothing...TOO MANY WIRES compared to our old one ....strike 3
