hs200gy rear brake

I did everything recommended to tune the brake, i changed the crappy China braking fluid and cleaned it all out and everything. It still seams that the rear brake is slipping or not fully engaging when driving even when i push down on it as hard as i can. Is it just not a well designed rear brake as opposed to the front brake , which i happen to think works awesome. I thought i'd take a picture for you all to see. If you'd like me to take more from a different perspective lemme know. Thanks

Make sure the pads and disc are perfectly clean. Remove pads, clean them and the disc with brake cleaner. Don't get it in your eyes or on the paint. A little sandpaper on the pads can't hurt either.
