Hey Guys..
I'm a new-be here and trying to shove a 163FML-2 into my 1989 Honda NX125... It fits fine but I'm have trouble figuring out the 2 sets of wires coming out of the Stator/Magneto.... No docs with purchase :/
The docs I got(later) - http://www.motorcycle.in.th/filemgmt/visit.php?lid=61 --> states the right motor, but my motor(163FML-2) has:
Magneto
Pink, Yellow, Green/White, Blue/White, Black/Red
Gear Sensor
Green, Red, Blue, Black, Yellow, White
The NX
Green/Red (neutral Ind), Pink(rectifier), Yellow(rectifier), Green(ground), Blue/Yellow (cdi), Black/Red(cdi).
Now the NX - the only page from my manual (from prev-owner) was missing the Wiring Diagram :( so this is from the combined pages reviews.
Starter kicks over when I jump it and I got spark on the plug.
But something is a miss...
I see pep's with the same issues but no real solution when they figure it out... Pain is great leaning tool...
Any help would be greatly appreciated to get my kick stand up - Cheers.
