Wouldn't you want the rack on the side OPPOSITE the exhaust? Or do you melt the wax off on the way and put fresh stuff on when you get there? :lol:

Very cool. I'd like to see a photo with a board mounted. What size do you ride?

I actually live in Wilmington, NC, but I did grow up in Southern Cali.

dmmcd- The exhaust does not bother my boards. The way it sits on there and with the angle, the exhaust goes right past. I have been very meticulous about heat hitting my board. I like to throw my right leg over, so this is more comfortable. My boards are always in a board bag as well. I have a 6' Webber mini fish, and a 6'2 custom Jimmy Keith. I'll post a photo with a board mounted when I get a chance.

Does anyone who has the same bike have any pointers on where to head with mods, or any interchangeable parts with other bikes? Thanks!

Very cool! I had the exact bike pictured and had great luck with it. Very reliable, and I liked it the way it was. The only thing I ever changed were the turn signals. I also changed the exhaust to a Mini R4 White Brothers exhaust, but did not notice any performance gain, simply cosmetic.
