These were commonly seen on the city streets. Usually ridden by shirtless helmetless smokers. :?

I think it would be great to have a 'dualsport' ATV. Be great for short trips, and maybe commuting in the snow. :P

You can plate them in SD too.

Thanks for posting the photo, Doc. :) I knew a guy who moved down here from Montana. He had a large, Polaris ATV, and he said it would cruise at 70 mph on the Montana, interstate highways. He used that ATV to commute to work. ;)

I can't believe they can plate it on those tires. In Texas you can plate anything so long as it meets the basic guidelines...but they'd never pass off road only tires for asphalt use.

If I had a street quad, I'd want something more along the lines of...

I believe in SD they are not allowed on roads over a certain speed.
