Hi Spud, so I sent an email to Baja asking for them to help me identify what wires do what on my harness. When I get more info Ill let you know and you can help me wire the light properly.... Thanks a million... any tips let me know.. I think I found out what the white wire and black wire from my Light Switch is, I have a "Kill Button" on my Light switch.. I think that's what those wires are for.. Im not 100% sure tho.
I will not need the engine kill switch bottom since I already have one on my other switch that has the Electric Start button is.

    Thanks again !

Hey Spud, rj here in WW. I'm having a brain thing in my head about how to get my RX3 to Wallyworld. Choices are shipping it here or fly down and ride back. Since your the only kinda local guy to me I was wondering if you had plans to fly down and get yours or having it shipped to Idaho. I'm self-annoyed work wise so getting time off depends on how busy I am at my machine shop. No real plans yet, but I thought I'd see if you might be up for an adventure. Fly down ,come up Cali coast if time permits. Wouldn't that be nice!!!! rj

    Hi Spud,
So I went a got the new carb from ebay http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Carburetor-Ca...4db403&vxp=mtr

Weldangrind told me that would fix my cure from having my bike not quit out on me when its trying to idle.

He told me I should get some Jets aswell, would you know anything about how hard it will be to install this myself? Is there any good utube videos on how to replace one of these and what else wouldI need. Mikuni jets are easily found, including at your local Yamaha dealer. I'd buy the Mikuni, buy some larger jets for it (which are really cheap. How many Jets would I need?

    Thanks Spud

    Hi Spud,
I want to shift the air box for a high flow air filter but not sure if shifting stock for aftermarket will affect the iddle or need to rejet. Any experience with this issue?
Also, does the tw200 swing arm is similar to zongshen's swingarm? I need the plastic that protect the swing arm from the chain. I think is called clip at least Vento sells it under this name. I checked out all your threads but none is related to these issues (or probably I missed the right one).

    Thanks

    Hello SpudRider,

I've got a 90s TW200 and in search of a solution for replacing the CDI. I've read some of your past posts on TW200forums and here in Chinariders with a lot of interest in the possibility of using 200gy-2 parts to save money on replacing the cdi.

I've looking into getting an Ignitech cdi for the TW but I'm still on the fence since it will be over $250 usd after paying for it and shipping/customs to Hanoi, Vietnam where I live.

So I'm thinking that using a 200gy-2 stator assembly, pickup-coil and cdi to replace the parts in my TW might work? Possibly need the zong regulator/rectifier to be safe?

My main concern is whether the stator will fit in the magneto of the TW (gap from magneto walls, distance to pickup coil if the stator does bolt in). What do you think?

Well thanks for hearing me out. I'd appreciate any advice you can give.

    Best regards,
    Albert
