    Hi,
Yeah that idle screw seems a bit strange. I'm beginning to think it is more of an idle jet adjustment. Mine was doing some of those things when it was cold, but after it warms up the idle has been good. Hopefully I will get some more time to mess with it soon and can report back. My wife has been sick for a few weeks and I've been spending all my free time at the hospital or keeping our household running, so not much time to play with bikes.

    Hello,
I got an lxr250f during their Christmas sale. $3000. I have had a couple issues with idle, stalling during deceleration, etc. My valves were fairly tight. I adjusted them to the rx3 specs and it has greatly improved my issues. What did you set your idle screw at? Mine is at 3 turns.

I'm fortunate to live close to their main warehouse, so I just walked in and talked to the owner. They loaded me up and handed me the MSO. No issues. I uncrated and assembled the bike with a friend that night; it took a little longer than I had planned so make sure you have ample time. GokartsUSA.com also has them and will give a decent discount with code:TARA. I've never bought from them, but did consider it as Pitster's hours are Mon-Fri 10AM-5PM and I also work those same hours.

Thank you for your reply. I think I will pull the trigger. I just want a bike that is fuel injected so that I dont have to deal with carburetor issues. It would also be nice to have something that is step above the typical china bike quality. Was your purchase smooth through pitsterpro?

Yes, my bike came with the MSO paperwork. Yes, it has a 17 digit VIN- the state of Utah and Allstate insurance were both happy with it.
The bike seems very well built and so far I'm having a hoot with it. I'm currently fitting a FMF Q4 muffler on it as the stock muffler is short, loud and wide open. I need a USFS approved solution and I prefer my trail bikes to be as quiet as possible.

The EFI is working great. The more I ride it, the better is tunes itself. Starts are generally quick and easy. It is richer at a cold idle than I would like.

    Hey Chonda,
Did your bike come with MSO paperwork and does it have a 17 digit VIN?
Im seriously considering one of these but there are almost zero reviews on it.
How is it performing for you so far?
    Thank you!
