I just wanted to share a ride with youy guys. I just rode the area trails and dirt/gravel roads for about 40 miles today, nothing paved. . Cloudy but warm enough to have fun. I always think of you nuts when I'm riding or working on my bikes.

Low 50's.
Thank God we've had an easy winter. It snowed twice, each less than an inch in December and that was it. Hope it stays that way! It's been quite dry, but most days are grey with little or no wind. Good enough to ride, not bad for mid winter.
Saturday I want ATV riding with my friend's wife Patty. He's out of town in his big rig and she's been thinking of getting an ATV to ride with him and wanted to see if she liked it. She did!
She rode my Kawasaki and I rode his Artic Cat 650. Another time I went with her I rode the A/C and she rode our friend's Q Link 90. That ATV with a CVT was not able to climb the modest hills in our neighborhood so she wants a 250.
Sunday I rode Q by myself, but like I say, I was thinking about you guys.
Seems like we've had quite the mild winter up here in the "NorthWest"
..we had a cold snap back in December but since then it's been downright "Springlike" ...probably terrible timing for us with the Olympics coming in less than a week. The joke around town is we're now hosting the "Spring Olympics" not the Winter ones..
It allowed us to get some rides in though, so take the good with the bad I suppose.

Yup that cold week-10 days in December was cold. Here's a pic of my Vette's thermometer on the way to work one of those cold and super clear mornings:
Aside from that it's been pretty darn good.
By the way, I live in the Northwest, you are in (Canada's) Southwest! _________________ 2007 Gold Wing, 2009 QLink XP-200, 1978 GS 750. 1981 Yamaha XS400, 2006 Kawasaki Bayou 250, 1996 Corvette LT-4 Roadster, 1992 Ford Ranger 4X4, 2002 Maule Comet (Airplane)
