The answers you get will be widely varied based on elevation, mods, temps etc.

Do you want jetting setups for the stock carb with no mods?

If yes, then most people pretty much run the following.

Main Jet: 105 to 110 mikuni jet.
Needle: 1 or 2 shims
Pilot jet cannot be changed: Stock is a 40 (K40A)
Idle Mixture: 1 1/2 turns out from lightly seated as a baseline, then adjusted as needed to obtain the best and most stable idle.

If you switch to the Mikuni Carb on an otherwise stock bike.

Main Jet: 105 to 110
Needle: 3rd or 4th notch from the top (Center or 1 down from center).
Pilot: 25 or 27.5
Idle Mixture: Same as the stock carb.

The problem with your request is that there is no magic jet setup that will work perfectly for you. The best we can do is give you a rough idea of what to start with, tending toward the rich side of things to start to be safe. You still have to fine tune it to your needs.

All of the above jetting recommendations are based on bikes below 4000ft. If you can provide more information, then we can get you closer to a good starting point.
