Motorcycles- Wholesale.com, The worst company.

The shipping company here in Houston called me this morning, They have set a delivery for Monday!

Like I said before I hate to bash a Company, Im not an impatient person.

If they would have contacted me and explained the situation I would have no problem waiting. Any Dealers looking at this take note! Be honest and fair with your custumers and they will return!

If the bike is delivered in good working condition I will retract my post!!

Ladies and Gentlmen,

I made a on-line purchase from this website:

https://motorcycles-wholesale.com/Ro...-Enduro-Bikes/

As of this time I am unable to contact them! I have sent several E-mails in the last Ten days with not one reply.

I am adding a copy of the automated E-mail that was sent directly after my credit card was charged.

For the record I have never had a problem with any company,on-line or otherwise that was not resolved quickly,I hate to bash any business,But,This one deserves it.

If anyone has any past dealings with this website, Would you please let me know! Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks guys, DannyB.

Best of luck!

I think the shipment hasn't reached here yet :? I wouldn't have paid that much for Roketa, personally.

culcune 04-07-2008 11:56 PM

I would have ordered this one for less

This was the first website I looked at! But, They had a ton of bad reviews!

I think this type of stuff will probally kill the China bike population......

DirtRoadKing 04-08-2008 08:00 AM

Sorry to hear that. Best of luck getting it resolved.
I had considered buying from motorcycles-wholesale.com but ended up buying elsewhere.

I got that same bike... I ordered mine form http://www.scooterdynaty.com

I recieved bike quick... I recived MSO quick... and they have been really good...Guy name of Vince helped me...

Although I have had carb issues and they sent the wrong replacement...Now they are sending me another with my specs...

So far they have been good...

I paid $1249 with free shipping.... I cant complain...Only about the darn carb....

Any news yet?

If not, you may consider calling your CC company to explain the situation...maybe dispute the charges, if you've been charged.

Don't wait too long. There is no reason you should not have your bike already, or at the very least, be able to contact the seller. I ordered my bike on a Monday (different seller) and had it that Friday.

No information is reasonable cause for concern, IMO.

Again, best of luck.

I sent another e-mail to this website, informing them of my planned course of action. As well as an e-mail to Pamex, wich is the credit processing company they use, located in New Zealand!

Pamex replied with in 5 min, They told me they would check it out!
Those Kiwis are pretty good people.

This is the E-mail I recieved today:

Hello Daniel,

Sorry for the unforseen brief delay while fresh stocks arrived, but your bike
has been shipped and you should receive it late this week.

I am expecting to receive tracking details from our shippers tomorrow
and I will forward them to your email address as soon as I receive them.

When you receive your bike, could you please find the VIN number on the frame,
and email it to me please, and I will create a Bill of Sale for you and email it to you.

You should get a phone call from the trucking co. prior to delivery.

Could you please let me know whenever your bike arrives.

Sorry again for the brief delay Daniel, and I am sure you will enjoy your new bike

Thanks again,

Gordon.

I also recieved a phone call from someone at the company saying they are shipping the bike,But, They don't have black! I told them to send the grey one....

Coincidence or not?? I will give them another 5 day's, Then i'll go from there.....

Keep on them about the tracking #, call them and first ask them which transport company is shipping the bike, then call the transport company, give them your details and they should know whats going on, if they dont then get pissed!!

Bump.

mrhyak 04-10-2008 12:52 AM

Since they are requesting you to tell them the VIN number it sounds to me like the bikes are coming from a different location then where the seller is located. If this is a bike that is suppose to be street legal I don't think an email MSO will do, but I could be wrong.

DaveC 04-20-2008 10:24 PM

Bump?
10 days!
