if you want to do something to the hawk and other china bikes that is actually usefull change the crankcase vent hose to a better one befor it cracks. mines a year old and cracks all along the whole length.

What size hose are your using? or size of the stock tube? Mine is splitting already...

I'll have to check mine and see if it needs changing. Better to change it before it splits.

probably cost 10 cents more for good rubber geez Chinese.

just take it off and take it with you to auto parts place and get a foot of oil and gas proof line the same size.

They do make awesome rubber! The first thing I've changed on my CB's are all the hoses to some good Gates or equivalent. Especially fuel line.... It's real garbage. I don't' think it handles ethanol very well.....or gas for that matter.

Changed my hose today. It was starting to split.
