Most disappointing china bike?

I was sitting here thinking about all the china bikes I've owned in the past and which one I liked the least. Without a doubt it would be the Venom X22. It was basically a ninja 250 sized bike with a grom clone motor in it. It wasn't a badly built bike really but it was just not a very fun bike to ride.

Second would have to be the a late 2008 or 09 gy6 125 scooter. I loved it when I first got it. It was peppy and at first I thought it was going to last me a good long while. I don't recall exactly how long I had it but it ended up blowing the headgasket pretty soon. It was the only bike I had at the time and I was crushed.

What was your least favorite china bike and why?

All the Chinese bikes I've owned have been reliable but the 2005 Roketta (Zongshen made) CG 200 Enduro didn't fit me. I sold it to a shorter person. Bought it with 600 miles on the odometer for $125 and sold it for $800.

That is a good flip! I had a 50cc scooter, don't remember the exact name of it now, that i got for $100. I adjusted the valves and it fired right up. Rode it a summer and sold it for I believe $300.

I've owned several China bikes, They have all been good reliable bikes. The first one I bought is the Hawk 250. It's probably the least refined but has never let me down. As i bought newer bikes, the quality got better each time. The KPX has to be the highest quality China bike i own and the quality is every bit as good as my Vulcan S.

That's funny that in your ownership of china bikes you think the hawk is less refined and I think it's more refined. Granted I started riding china bikes around 2010 and alot of them were a hot mess back then. The KPX is def something I'd like to get at some point. It looks just as good as any japanese bike I've ever owned.
