Kayo 125 clutch problems

my daughter has a kayo 125. once we put on an after market carb and open air filter it really opened it up. The other day she accidently rode around for 5 mins with the ebrake on and now the atv does not have any low end power. I noticed when she started to ride the breather hose coming out of the crankcase really started to smoke, so i made her stop and then I realized the ebrake was on. The engine will rev but the atv really struggles to get going. I'm assuming she burnt out the clutch or does the clutch have any adjustments that could be made to tighten up the plates? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Post a few pics of the right side of the engine, if you don't mind.

Based on the picture from the website; https://www.ridekayodealers.com/125cc-predator there might be an adjustment behind the name plate. That is, if it's the same one.

I've referred others to the adjustment procedure you've posted before, dirtbkr.
