Vader 125 bogging out with all jets

X20 Vader 125 bogging until engine fails at full throttle. I installed fake mikuni from an Amazon kit with intake, air filter and carb. I've used jet sizes 90,100,110,120,125 from wingsmoto jet kit. Anyone know what could be the problem.

I also have 17tooth sprocket, and ransoto exhaust pipe installed.

The original exhaust gasket fell apart when I removed the original pipe. I'm currently running it without a gasket could that be it? Kinda tired of changing jets please help

No gasket might cause a vacuum leak, resulting in lean burning and high rpms. This sounds like the choke is on. I've dealt with both while swapping carbs on our 2 Vaders.

If the choke is pulled up it is off correct?

That's what I thought too, but the bike couldn't climb a small hill set like that. It pulled an indicated 55 mph on a flat road with the lever down. It runs well and performs nicely.

Thanks Daryl, I just did some research and found out it's not a choke, but a "fuel enricher". I assumed up is choke off, because it idled higher then in the down position.

when the "fuel enricher" is on it forces too much gas in the engine bogging it down. I've never seen that kind of reverse choke. I guess I'll put the damn lever down now and try to jet it again😂

I'm close to sea level and went with 105 for the main jet. It seems to be working well. My wife's bike has the stock jet, I think it it a 100. It hasn't made much of a difference. Odds are the ideal would be somewhere in between. Plugs looked good last I checked.

I'm at 5000 ft and have aftermarket exhaust I'll try a 110 thanks
