Ordered a TaoTao Hellcat 125 - What to when it arrives?

I just ordered a pre-assembled TaoTao Hellcat 125 from PowerSportsMax.com with an additional engine oil change. Is there anything I need to do when it arrives since it's already pre-assembled and tested, like tightening the bolts? I assume they already looked into that since they assembled it for me. I also heard the transmission oil should be changed but I need to know what type of viscosity as well.

Also, is there a service manual online somewhere in case the bike doesn't ship with one? Thx. 😘

I believe that 125cc engine is a horizontal-style, the engine oil is also the trans lubricant as well

Looks like this one, correct?

You might want to go over and double-check that everything is tight, just because it is pre-assembled for you doesn't necessarily mean that everything is tight and has been tested. Also make sure you change the oil right away, the shipping oil in the engine isn't much better than fish oil, at best. A good non-synthetic motorcycle 10W-40 engine oil is recommended, I use Bel-Ray EXL 10W-40 in all of my little bikes.

What dirtbkr188 said. Just make sure the oil is rated for wet clutch.

Okay thanks. I had them already do an oil change for an extra fee so in was wondering if the transmission had it's own separate oil but I guess not because of the horizontal engine. They do say on their website than they assemble and test before shipping it out but I'll definitely look into everything myself.

The oil they put in for shipping isn’t the best it’s more of a submersion tactic lol.
Get the good grade oil. Should work great!
